May 15, 2017

On a beautiful spring afternoon, Penn Medicine and IMC Construction had a ceremonial groundbreaking for the new Center for Healthcare Technology. Representatives from the University of Pennsylvania Health System joined IMC’s President / CEO, Robert Cottone to mark the first phase of construction. Located on Civic Center Boulevard, the first phase of the project will be a 250,000-square-foot, eight-story office building, which will be focused on information technology and human resources. A second phase of the project will add an additional 290,000 square feet and 10 stories, bringing the tower to a total height of 18 stories and 540,000 square feet.
