Lenox tapped IMC's Program Management Services to build this world class distribution-on-demand facility. The project consolidated 4 major distribution centers and 16 satellite facilities. The building was designed in conjunction with the equipment — 3 miles of conveyor route — in order to maximize space utilization. 71 truck docks run along one side of the building allowing for either receiving or shipping. Additional ground adjacent to the building was prepped for expansion.
