Penn Medicine at Valley forge Erdman education center

IMC is serving as the Design/Builder for the University of Pennsylvania Health Systems new medical education facility. The project will incorporate classrooms, lecture halls, seminar facilities, full kitchen and cafeteria and administrative offices. Additionally, the building will provide clinical and primary care space as well as outpatient surgical capabilities. There is a goal of LEED silver certification on this project.

Select LEED Features: High Solar Reflectant Roof and Partial Vegerated Roof, Storm Water Management Plan, Low VOC Finishes and Proximity to Public Transportation
