Vanity Fair Outlet Center

New Mixed-Use Redevelopment

Once the Berkshire Knitting Mill, and then a popular retail outlet center is being converted into a vibrant, walkable, mixed-use campus with offices, retail stores, and restaurants connected by outdoor pathways and landscaping features. The Vanity Fair Center’s redevelopment will be anchored by UGI Energy Services’ new corporate headquarters and the VF Outlets. The Red Building and two smaller perimeter buildings will be demolished to make room for parking and future development. Work is being performed in phases to keep retailers operational.

Social Impact Highlight
