Stage X Building Program

Pennsylvania College of Technology

IMC served as general contractor for the Pennsylvania College of Technology’s Stage X Building Program. Project scope involved construction of new 120,000-square-foot, 275-bed student housing on the west end of campus and renovation of several instructional and service facilities.

Renovated structures include the 160,000-square-foot Hager Lifelong Education Center, the 70,000-square-foot Parkes Automotive Technology Center, and the Avco-Lycoming Metal Trades Center/Machining Technologies Center.
