New Church Construction

Sovereign Grace Church

IMC constructed a new worship building for the Sovereign Grace Church that included a church, school, and related spaces on an existing evergreen tree farm. IMC provided site work infrastructure, including storm water management, utilities, parking, pavers, and site concrete. The project included the relocation of 200+ trees.

This facility utilizes an underground thermal storage strategy to take advantage of off-peak electrical rates. The system manufactures ice during the evening, and the stored ice is used to cool the building during the day.
