IMC Construction Welcomes Brian Nussbaum, Project Executive Industrial

IMC Construction is pleased to announce the addition of Brian Nussbaum, LEED AP as Project Executive, Industrial.

With a career that spans almost 20 years in construction and development specializing in industrial, warehouse, distribution facilities, and data centers, Brian brings a diverse range of industry knowledge to our team and will aid in expanding our industrial portfolio.

Brian joins IMC after spending the last seven years at Duke Realty Corporation where he managed development industrial, warehouse, distribution facilities, and data centers from concept through design, entitlements and subcontractor bidding.

“I am very excited to join the IMC Construction team and help IMC grow within the industrial, warehouse, distribution facility, and data center market sector. I have worked on over 10 million-SF of industrial development throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and Virginia. IMC has a great reputation, experience across various markets, and the capability to be a leading general contractor within the industrial market,” Brian Nussbaum said.

IMC Project News: IMC Breaks Ground on Upscale Senior Living Community in Marlton, NJ!

Arbor Terrace Marlton, designed by architectural firm Meyer Design is an 80,000-SF, three-story assisted living community that will include 87 units. The building will feature best in class amenities such as private dining, a theater, living rooms, a bistro, sports bar, a hair salon, lounges, and outdoor garden areas featuring a pond.

A groundbreaking ceremony was held Wednesday, April 21st at the Arbor Terrace Marlton project site to celebrate the development of the new senior living community.

Project Completed: The Airdrie at Paoli Station

IMC Construction is excited to highlight a recently completed project, The Airdrie at Paoli Station for Linden Lane Capital Partners. This four-story, luxury apartment building with surface and below-grade parking is located adjacent to the SEPTA station in Paoli, PA. This design-build project features 153 one and two-bedroom apartments, fitness center, club room, multi-media entertainment room, and a co-working space. Outside, a secluded courtyard contains a pool and multiple lounge and seating areas, raised flower beds, outdoor grills, wet bar, and patio dining areas.
