Project Completed: The Airdrie at Paoli Station

IMC Construction is excited to highlight a recently completed project, The Airdrie at Paoli Station for Linden Lane Capital Partners. This four-story, luxury apartment building with surface and below-grade parking is located adjacent to the SEPTA station in Paoli, PA. This design-build project features 153 one and two-bedroom apartments, fitness center, club room, multi-media entertainment room, and a co-working space. Outside, a secluded courtyard contains a pool and multiple lounge and seating areas, raised flower beds, outdoor grills, wet bar, and patio dining areas. New Project Start: CHOP Montgomery County Specialty Care Center

Further expanding our healthcare portfolio, IMC is building a new 38,000SF ground up Specialty Care Center/Urgent Care Facility for Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. The tenant fitout will consist of CHOP’s Specialty Care Services including audiology/ENT, speech therapy, ophthalmology and other outpatient services. This facility will also have lab, casting and other clinical support spaces.

IMC Breaks Ground on Philly High-rise Headquarters!

On Monday, September 21st, Parkway Corporation held the groundbreaking ceremony at the 2222 Market project site to celebrate the development of the new 19-story building.

The tower, designed by architectural firm Gensler, will stand 19 stories tall with over 300,000 rentable square feet. The building is specifically designed to have an extraordinarily light carbon footprint and will be seeking LEED-CS Gold and Fitwell.

Michael Lloyd Promoted to Executive Vice President

IMC Construction is proud to announce the promotion of Michael Lloyd to Executive Vice President.

A distinguished lawyer with over 15 years of experience, Lloyd joined IMC in 2017 as General Counsel and has had a tremendous impact on all facets of the business since then. Lloyd’s responsibilities include overseeing all legal matters, owner contracts and subcontracts, IMC’s Contractor Controlled Insurance Program (CCIP), strategic planning, corporate governance and administration of outside counsel. Lloyd also serves on the Board of Directors and participates in finance review and strategy.

“Mike has been an important asset to IMC’s success through a steady contribution of ideas, information, analysis, strategic planning and support,” said, Robert Cottone, President & CEO at IMC Construction.

A few of Lloyd’s notable accomplishments include being named to Philadelphia Business Journal’s 2020 40 Under 40 list, becoming a partner at IMC in 2019, and in January 2020, testifying in front of the PA Senate Community Economic and Recreational Development Committee on the economic development opportunities of the data center industry. Lloyd sits on the boards for the Peter’s Place Foundation and Community Volunteers in Medicine.

Lloyd received his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics, with highest honors, from Loyola University New Orleans.
