The former Berkshire Knitting Mill and retail outlet center was converted into a vibrant, walkable, mixed-use campus with offices, retail stores, and restaurants. The Vanity Fair Center’s redevelopment is anchored by UGI Energy Services’ new corporate headquarters and the VF Outlets. The Red Building and two smaller perimeter buildings were demolished to make room for parking and future development. Work was performed in phases to keep retailers operational.

Social Impact Highlight

Reusable building materials like wood flooring were salvaged before demolition.
