Boy Scouts of America

IMC is currently constructing the Boy Scouts of America New Service Center located in Exton, PA. The new 3-story, 18,251 SF structure includes a structural frame for the 1st and 2nd floor and engineered wood trusses for the 3rd floor and roof levels. The first floor will be administrative, retail and meeting space and the second floor will be the Dick and Carol Vermeil Leadership Development Center, providing meeting space for the Scouting programs. The 28 acres of expansive green space will provide opportunities for environmental education, outdoor living skills development, team-building, and recreational and fitness programs including fishing, hiking, team sports and outdoor games. This first-class facility will be the center of Chester County Council, BSA’s new “Program, Activity & Resource Campus” (PARC). This project is scheduled to be completed by February 2021.
