Project Update: Chelsea at Fairlawn Completes Project Milestone

The Chelsea at Fairlawn, a new senior living community in Fair Lawn, New Jersey, will feature 26 independent living units and 67 assisted living and memory care units. Recently, the IMC team completed the roofing, installed windows, and have begun MEP rough-ins on all the floors in the independent living building. In the assisted living building, the foundation was recently completed and structural steel is being installed. The entire project team includes IMC Construction, Trammell Crow Company, Chelsea Senior Living, Douglas Coleman & Associates, O’Donnell & Naccarato, Stonefield Engineering & Design, and Whitman.
