Community

IMC Charitable Foundation

In an effort to improve our community the mission of the IMC Charitable Foundation is to provide philanthropic giving to help and empower nonprofit organizations.

Volunteering in Order to Make a Positive Impact

IMC employees are active members within the community where we live and work.  This is not mandated but comes from the heart of our employees and their personal interests and is ingrained in our company culture.  IMC connects with communities through outreach, education, sponsorship, and fundraising efforts locally where our projects are located.

IMC Volunteer Program

We’re proud of our employees’ dedication to work within the community.  That’s why the IMC Volunteer Program encourages employees to plan and take up to three days away from the office each year to perform community service.

Community Fundraising

IMC employees participate in a number of fundraising events including the Philadelphia Heart Walk, Dragon Boat Festival, and several local 5K races.

IMC Annual Charity Golf Tournament

Thank you to everyone who participated in IMC’s 20th Annual Charity Golf Tournament at Waynesborough Country Club in Paoli, PA. This fundraising event allows the IMC Charitable Foundation to improve our communities by providing philanthropic giving to non-profit organizations.

We look forward to seeing everyone in September of 2024!

Pro Bono Construction Services

IMC is proud to partner with Community Design Collaborative, an organization that provides volunteer design/budgeting services for non-profit organizations in the city of Philadelphia.  The Collaborative’s mission is to match nonprofits with skilled volunteers from the fields of architecture, engineering, and construction so to provide nonprofits with the design process and tools they need to engage their communities, put their visions down on paper, and advance to the next stage: gaining support, raising funds, and building projects.

Our most recent engagement was to provide preconstruction services to transform a schoolyard that includes renovating and adding a second floor to the existing playground.

Meeting Space

IMC offers meeting space at our corporate headquarters to non-profits and community organizations.  Our facility includes multiple conference / training rooms that can be utilized at no cost for board or committee meetings.
