IMC Completes Matson Mill Apartments in Conshohocken, PA

IMC Construction recently joined High Street Residential, the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, at the grand opening of Matson Mill Apartments in Conshohocken, PA.

Matson Mill spans 317,740 square feet and offers a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom luxury units, with the majority offering views of the river.

“Despite beginning work during the depths of the pandemic and being subject to disruptions from Hurricane Ida, the project was completed within the original project schedule. This reflects the professionalism, creativity, and can-do attitude of High Street Residential and the entire project team,” said Michael Lloyd. “IMC is thrilled to have been a partner on this project and proud to be delivering this incredible building to the Conshohocken market.”

The 280-unit apartment community welcomed its first residents on July 1, 2022. Matson Mill features a robust collection of amenities, including a resort-style club room with an entertainment kitchen; a game room; a conference/private lounge area; a state-of-the-art fitness center; a dog wash station; on-site bike storage; and an entry lobby/train waiting area. Outdoor amenities include outdoor courtyards, a resort-style pool, an outdoor kitchen, and outdoor seating areas with fire pits.
