New IMC Industrial Project: Bridgeport II Perth Amboy

New industrial project alert! IMC is starting a new industrial project for Bridge Industrial in Perth Amboy, NJ. Intended as a high-capacity storage and distribution center situated on a large 60-acre site, Bridgeport II is strategically located within the proximity of I-95 and the Outerbridge Crossing to Staten Island, NY. This project consists of two ground-up buildings equaling 1M SF of usable space including 215 loading docks and equipment, multiple offices, and conference rooms.
