New IMC Project: The Region’s First Mass Timber Commercial Office Building Coming to Newtown Square, PA
A new year brings new innovative projects! IMC Construction is excited to announce we will be constructing the region’s first Mass Timber commercial office building.
This five-story, 105,000+ SF building represents a sustainable and carbon friendly alternative to traditional concrete and steel structures. The timber frame structure offers biophilic benefits and reduced CO2 emissions. The curtainwall façade not only provides a stunning view but will feature a textural sunshade brise soleil system that will aid in energy efficiency.
We’re excited to be working with Equus Capital Partners, D2 Groups, and our many trade partners to bring this innovative new facility to the surrounding mixed-used community.
