Project Complete: Crown 95 Logistics Center

We’re excited to announce the official completion of Crown 95 Logistics Center, a new modern 650,000 SF Class A distribution center in the heart of Philadelphia, PA. This new facility features 36’ clear ceilings, a 4-acre secured parking area, and is strategically positioned to serve both the Philadelphia metropolitan area and the Eastern I-95 Corridor. Colliers is currently accepting tenants on the four remaining units ranging from 25,000 SF – 381,200 SF.
