Project Update: Ellis Mass Timber

IMC has officially started construction at the Ellis II Mass Timber Office Building, the first mass timber office building in the region.  The cast-in-place concrete foundation work is well underway, as seen in this drone video.   The blindside waterproofing on the shotcrete walls is nearing completion already.  As the foundation work progress for the next couple of months, IMC will prepare for mass timber fabrication so the structural system can be erected.  Stay tuned as this unprecedented new space continues to take shape.
