Arbor Terrace Marlton Celebrates Official Grand Opening

Arbor Terrace Marlton, a new assisted senior living community in Evesham Township, recently celebrated its grand opening. Developed by Capitol Seniors Housing and operated by The Arbor Company, the community spans 76,500 square feet across three stories. Located at 5 Executive Drive, Malrton, NJ,  the property includes 60 assisted living apartments, 27 memory care units and 15,000 square feet of amenity space such as a theater, a bistro, a salon, lounges, shared and private dining rooms and an outdoor garden and terrace overlooking a pond. Meyer Design, Inc. provided architecture and design services, while IMC Construction served as the construction manager.

President of IMC Construction, Michael Lloyd recently commented, “Due to its location on a wetlands preserve, Arbor Terrace Marlton required extensive preconstruction planning and communication with our partners at Meyer, The Arbor Company and Capitol Seniors Housing. Despite the challenge, our teams were able to deliver a high-quality, luxury senior living community for the Marlton community on time and within budget.”

The Arbor Terrace Marlton project team includes construction manager IMC Construction; developer/owner Capitol Seniors Housing; operator The Arbor Company; architect Meyer Design, Inc; structural engineer Bala Engineering; civil engineer Taylor Wiseman & Taylor; and MEP engineer Concord Engineering.
