IMC is currently building a project for a client to expand their chemical manufacturing plant. This project includes the design and build of a new 96,500 square-foot integrated specialty gasses facility under the EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management) contract methodology. The new plant is designed to enable production of 1,020 metric tons per year of specialty gasses for the semi-conductor industry. Throughout the project, from the basis of design through commissioning, IMC collaborated closely with the owner to ensure that the design met the sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) objectives set by their parent company, with a focus on minimizing environmental impact while maximizing operational efficiency. The project was constructed within an operational high-hazard facility, requiring compliance with safety regulations far exceeding standard OSHA requirements. Our team expertly managed these challenges, ensuring a safe working environment throughout the entire process. The facility is equipped with advanced production systems, including 12 production reactors, 2 acid neutralization scrubbers, and a chemical distillation tower.
