The 212 Durham Avenue project will create 278 new apartments in a 360,250 SF, 5-story building.  The building structure will be one floor of cast-in-place concrete with a 4-story wood framed structure above.  The ground floor will consist of parking, amenity spaces, back of house space, and apartments. The façade will be composed of fiber cement panels, full width brick and associated trim.  The 5th floor layout also includes a sky lounge and terrace.
