The project includes approximately 45.40 acres of on-site improvements along with typical wood-framed garden style structures including the following: three, four-story, with a total of 164,904-SF and 144-units; 11, three-story with a total of 356,653-SF and 308-units with “breezeway” walk-up; two, 2-over 2 townhouse type apartments, with a total of 37,968-SF and 16-units; four, 2-over-1 townhouse type apartments, with a total of 58,384-SF and 32-units Also included in the scope is a two-story clubhouse with exterior pool and amenity area; a fitness center with exterior pool and amenity area; a maintenance/storage area; and 15 single story garage structures with 128 garages.
