Set on a 5.5-acre site with a significant 60-foot elevation change, the project involves complex site logistics and innovative solutions to support seamless accessibility and comfort for residents.
Brightview Senior Living Joy Farm — Paramus, NJ
Located on a scenic six-acre property, this 170-unit community will bring Brightview’s signature standard of excellence to Paramus. Designed with luxury and lifestyle in mind, Joy Farm will feature a theatre, pub, fitness center, and other first-class amenities to support an engaging, active lifestyle for its residents.
Benchmark Senior Living — Scotch Plains, NJ
As Scotch Plains’ first assisted living community, this 81,692-square-foot development will offer 86 thoughtfully designed residences, enhancing the senior care landscape of Western Union County. Surrounded by walking paths and local amenities, it’s designed to integrate seamlessly with the surrounding community while prioritizing comfort, care, and connection.
