IMC is building a brand-new hotel on the Chestnut Run Innovation and Science Park (CRISP) campus in Wilmington, DE. This hotel will be four stories tall, featuring a total of 127 guestrooms and covering approximately 92,500 SF. The project spans about 15 acres and includes land preparation and infrastructure development. Guests will have access to various amenities, including a business center, a conference area, a full kitchen, a guest bar, and an outdoor patio that will be landscaped with pergolas and fire pits.
