IMC Construction is building 100 Lancaster (Piazza at Ardmore), a mixed-use development by Radnor Property Group and Piazza Property Development Company. Developed through a partnership between Radnor Property Group and Piazza Property Development Company, the $187 million project marks a significant milestone in suburban revitalization and transit-oriented growth for Montgomery County.
The development will bring 270 residential units and nearly 30,000 square feet of street-level retail space to the block along West Lancaster Avenue between Greenfield and Ardmore avenues. In addition, approximately 480 parking spaces are being built as part of the design, with more than 100 designated for public use to support both residents and visitors.
Construction began in early January 2026, with delivery currently anticipated in early 2028.
