IMC Construction completed the interior fit-out and renovation of 11,800 square feet of previously built space, converting underutilized office areas into fully functional laboratory environments. The project incorporated supplemental cooling through chilled beams, with existing chilled beams within former office areas renovated and reused.
The new laboratories were outfitted with process piping and plumbing utilities consistent with the existing lab infrastructure, including DI water, medical-grade lab compressed air, lab vacuum, and hot and cold water. Normal and standby power systems were extended into the new spaces and distributed in alignment with existing laboratory standards to ensure reliability and continuity of operations.
