The Cedar Grove Senior Living facility will comprise 138 units, including 78 independent living units, 44 assisted living units, and 16 memory care units. It will be developed on an approximately 5.5-acre site and feature 108 parking spaces. The development will consist of three- and four-story buildings that include two separate at-grade courtyards situated at different elevations. The building will be fully non-combustible, covering a total area of 144,500 SF and having an average height of 43 feet. Construction began in June 2025, with an expected completion date in November 2026.
