The project will introduce 86 assisted living and memory care residences to Scotch Plains, New Jersey, in a highly desirable location just 20 miles southwest of Manhattan.

The community is designed to offer an elevated residential experience, featuring a grand lobby with a statement staircase, bistro, club and dining spaces, and flexible gathering rooms. Residents will also enjoy multiple outdoor patios and porches, as well as a thoughtfully designed Mind & Memory Care neighborhood with dedicated amenities. Completion is anticipated in Summer 2026.
