The project scope encompasses a 50,000 SF fit-out of three floors within the newly constructed Fintech building situated on the University’s STAR campus. This renovation is thoughtfully designed to foster collaboration and innovation in research. The design harmoniously integrates elements from both the Lerner College of Business and Economics and the College of Engineering, creating a vibrant synergy between disciplines.   This state-of-the-art space is meticulously crafted to encourage meaningful interactions among its primary users while establishing vital connections with the wider building, campus, and community. The fit-out boasts cuttingedge digital research labs, modern classrooms, and versatile collaborative spaces, along with well-appointed administrative areas and a sophisticated executive conference room. Together, these features create an atmosphere that promotes both academic achievement and community engagement.
