SPD Project Completed: 108 W. Wayne Ave

IMC’s Special Projects Division (SPD) transformed this existing 10,000-SF post office sorting facility for E. Kahn Development in Wayne, PA. This project included the complete renovation of the exterior façade, including installing a new glass entry and windows, brick siding, and a new roof, while maintaining the historic look of the area. Building renovations also include the installation of interior steel columns, stair towers, and infrastructure for the future second floor expansion. New utilities were put in place along with rework of the existing parking lot, all in preparation for a future tenant. Thank you to the team, including IMC SPD, Bernardon, and Usman Engineering.
