Ceremonial Groundbreaking held for New Distribution Center in Philadelphia, PA
On Wednesday, July 13th, Colliers International held a ceremonial groundbreaking to celebrate Crown 95 Logistics Center – a 640,000 SF distribution center in Philadelphia, PA.
This modern Class A distribution center, located at 956 E. Erie Avenue is strategically positioned to serve both the Philadelphia metropolitan area and the Eastern I-95 Corridor. Crown 95 Logistics Center will feature up to 36’ clear ceiling heights, 3.5 acres of secured trailer/van parking, and prominent branding opportunities due to its location. Crown 95 Logistics Center is projected to be completed by Q4 of 2022 and will offer an abundance of jobs to the area.
