New Project Start: CHOP Montgomery County Specialty Care Center

Further expanding our healthcare portfolio, IMC is building a new 38,000SF ground-up Specialty Care Center/Urgent Care Facility for Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. The tenant fitout will consist of CHOP’s Specialty Care Services including audiology/ENT, speech therapy, ophthalmology and other outpatient services. This facility will also have lab, casting and other clinical support spaces.
