IMC Construction Announces Two New Partners

[Malvern, PA] IMC Construction is proud to announce our newly appointed partners: Devon Dietrich – Director of Employee Relations and Mike Pagnanelli – Contract Manager.

Devon has been with IMC Construction for over 20 years. She began her career in the Production/Operations department as a Project Assistant and is now the Director of Employee Relations. Devon has been an integral part in growing the company culture, as well as establishing processes and procedures within the HR department as the firm has grown. She is also a vital resource through her involvement in the learning and development program and the diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts of IMC. She was recently named as a partner of IMC Construction and is the first female partner in IMC’s 47-year history. Devon is an alumnus of West Chester University where she received a BS in Business Management. She is a resident of Exton, PA with her fiancé Garret.

Mike is an accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience managing projects from inception through completion. He is highly organized and enthusiastic about planning and team building to ensure that projects are executed timely and efficiently. During his time at IMC, Mike has worked on projects such as 400 Westside, Cenero Headquarters, Arborcrest Woodlands, Cherry Ridge Apartments, and is currently working on two industrial warehouses in Philadelphia and New Jersey. Mike is an alumnus of Indiana University of Pennsylvania where he received a BS in Industrial Management. He is a resident of West Chester, PA with his wife of 10 years and their daughter.
