IMC Construction Celebrates Construction Inclusion Week

IMC Construction is happy to participate in Construction Inclusion Week again this year. The purpose of this week is to build awareness for the need to improve Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) within the construction industry. Throughout the week, our DEI Committee planned different events for each day including Unconscious Bias training by Michael Bowman, Principal/Founder at Rittenhouse Strategies.

We would like to thank our employees for their participation this week. Creating a more diverse and inclusive construction industry will not happen overnight, but there are actions we can take now to inspire the next generation of builders.
