IMC Construction Promotes Jonathon Shaffer, MBA to Project Executive

IMC Construction is excited to announce the promotion of Jonathon Shaffer, MBA to Project Executive. With over 15 years of industry experience, Jonathon has played a key role in the success of several projects for IMC.

This promotion recognizes the continual contributions and direction Jonathon has provided while with IMC Construction.  Since starting with IMC as a project manager, Jonathon’s passion for construction has shown through in every project including the Chemours Discovery Hub and 2222 Market Street in Philadelphia.

“Jon has been essential in successfully managing our projects in Philadelphia specifically 2222 Market Street, a 19-story high-rise in Philadelphia.”  IMC President & CEO Rob Cottone. “His dedication and drive have been vital to not only the 2222 Market project team but to our company.”

In his new role as Project Executive, Jonathon will provide continuity from preconstruction through the entire construction phase and ensure the appropriate resources are available for the project. He takes an active role in key milestone events in the preconstruction phase to include the partnering session, GMP development, value engineering, constructability, and schedule reviews. Jonathon oversees construction and leverages his experience and expertise to ensure the project remains on schedule and within budget.

Shaffer received his Master of Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Kutztown University.
