IMC Project News: Black Rock Middle School for Lower Merion School District is 75% Completed

IMC Project Update! Black Rock Middle School in Villanova, PA is officially 75% completed. This 208,000 SF, three-story school for Lower Merion School District will feature multiple gymnasia, a theater with retractable seating, and a central “heart” area where students can congregate to socialize and collaborate. The new school campus will also have a multi-purpose field, a practice field, a new track, and tennis courts. Click here to learn more about this project.

The project team recently finished installing the exterior roofing system, and are now wrapping up the exterior facade. The interior finishes, interior painting, acoustical ceiling grid, casework/millwork, tile, and polished concrete are progressing towards the scheduled completion date.
