IMC Project News: Ceremonial Groundbreaking held for New Distribution Center in Perth Amboy, NJ
On Thursday, April 13th, Bridge Industrial held a ceremonial groundbreaking to celebrate Bridgeport II– a 1M SF high-capacity storage and distribution center in Perth Amboy, New Jersey.
Intended as a high-capacity storage and distribution center on a large 60-acre site, Bridgeport II is strategically located near 1-95 and the Outerbridge Crossing to Staten Island. This project consists of two ground-up buildings equaling 1M SF of usable space including 215 loading docks and equipment, multiple offices, and conference rooms. Bridgeport II is scheduled to be completed by March 2024 and will offer an abundance of construction and permanent jobs to the area.
