IMC Construction held a topping out ceremony on June 28th at the site of a new multi-family development, Matson Mill, in Conshohocken, PA. This 426,000-SF luxury apartment building is being developed by High Street Residential, the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company and started construction in September 2020. It is scheduled to be completed by 2022.
Matson Mill is a four-story residential apartment building constructed on top of a structured parking garage. It has 280-units which will be a mix of studio, one bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments and will feature 310 parking spots. The building layout takes advantage of all outdoor amenities overlooking the Schuylkill River and is located adjacent to a SEPTA regional rail providing residents with a daily commute to Philadelphia.
“IMC Construction is excited to be building a new multi-family development in Conshohocken,” said Michael Lloyd, Executive Vice President of IMC Construction. “Matson Mill and its location will offer residents an abundance of job opportunities, unparallel amenities, and a variety of shops and restaurants all in close proximity.”
