IMC Promotes Leah Guiseppe to Human Resources Coordinator

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Leah Guiseppe to Human Resources Coordinator

During her tenure with IMC, Leah worked in Production/Operations as a key member on some of our larger, more complex projects. Leah was often the go-to person to assist Operations personnel with problem-solving whenever we were tasked with a new request, challenge, or obstacle on our projects. That led to Leah getting more involved on the people side of the business as she’s always approached matters in a pragmatic, professional, and helpful way.

Most recently, Leah has been instrumental in facilitating our performance management process, internship program, career fairs, onboarding, and much more. Leah will play a critical role in maintaining the collaborative, team-oriented, innovative culture we have here at IMC, as well as enhancing the overall employee experience.
