IMC Promotes Michelle Giere, Gouree Patil, and Larry Warner

IMC is pleased to announce the promotions of Michelle Giere to Marketing Manager, Gouree Patil to VDC Specialist, and Larry Warner to Senior Project Manager.

Michelle joined us as a marketing coordinator 15 months ago, bringing 14 years of industry experience. Michelle jumped right in, bringing her creative eye and refreshed our marketing collaterals and proposal templates. With Michelle joining IMC, she immediately increased our capacity to respond to RFP’s. Additionally, she is the point person for all that is Cosential, our CRM, when it comes to entering and tracking leads and opportunities, running reports, and overall maintenance of the database. Michelle is on the IMC Activities Committee, DEI committee, and assists with planning and coordinating company events.

In the three and a half years Gouree has been with IMC she has enhanced her VDC technical abilities and achieved various Autodesk Professional Revit Certifications. She has completed countless drone flights and laser scans for preconstruction and production and is the team leader, and mentor, for our drone group. Gouree never shies away from new challenges and juggling multiple tasks and deadlines. She is an active participant in IMC’s DEI committee, volunteers regularly, and is an absolute pleasure to work with.

Since joining IMC in 2019, Larry has proven himself to be a key addition to the IMC family and has demonstrated a collaborative mindset with a tireless work ethic. He has been an integral part in delivering projects with several premiere clients such as Penn Medicine, and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Of his many important attributes, the one that sets him apart is his willingness to get involved and take on any challenge that is placed before him, including assisting others whenever they need a hand. His contributions as a seller-doer also exemplify his “whatever it takes” mindset.
