Michael Lloyd Promoted to Executive Vice President

IMC Construction is proud to announce the promotion of Michael Lloyd to Executive Vice President.

A distinguished lawyer with over 15 years of experience, Lloyd joined IMC in 2017 as General Counsel and has had a tremendous impact on all facets of the business since then. Lloyd’s responsibilities include overseeing all legal matters, owner contracts and subcontracts, IMC’s Contractor Controlled Insurance Program (CCIP), strategic planning, corporate governance and administration of outside counsel. Lloyd also serves on the Board of Directors and participates in finance review and strategy.

A few of Lloyd’s notable accomplishments include being named to Philadelphia Business Journal’s 2020 40 Under 40 list, becoming a partner at IMC in 2019, and in January 2020, testifying in front of the PA Senate Community Economic and Recreational Development Committee on the economic development opportunities of the data center industry. Lloyd sits on the boards for the Peter’s Place Foundation and Community Volunteers in Medicine.

Lloyd received his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics, with highest honors, from Loyola University New Orleans.
