New IMC Project for Special Projects Division: 108 Wayne Ave

New project alert! IMC Construction’s Special Projects Division is currently renovating an existing 10,000-SF post office sorting facility in Wayne, PA. This project includes the complete renovation of the exterior façade, including installing a new glass entry and windows, brick siding, and a new roof, while maintaining the historic look of the area. Building renovations also include the installation of interior steel columns, stair towers, and infrastructure for the future second-floor expansion. New utilities are being put in place along with rework of the existing parking lot, all in preparation for a future tenant. Stay tuned for more updates as this project progresses.
