New Project: The Chelsea at Fairlawn, a Senior Living Community in Fair Lawn, Jersey

IMC Construction is building a new senior living community in Fair Lawn, New Jersey! The Chelsea at Fairlawn, a joint venture between Trammell Crow Company and Chelsea Senior Living, is a 100,000 SF facility with 93 units. The three-story facility will feature 26 independent living units and 67 assisted living and memory care units.  The Chelsea at Fair Lawn will be the first senior living community in Fair Lawn offering their residents best-in-class amenities such as 24-hour professional services, therapy programs, weekly housekeeping, and a variety of daily activities and events.
