North Penn Logistics Park Project Update

Our North Penn Logistics Park project is well-underway with the tilt-up panels being erected this week. This form of construction includes:
>> Engineered panels based on building design height and max widths to meet crane payloads
>> Panels are formed and placed on the casting slab
>> Panels are then lifted into position via crane from the poured location
The tilt-up method is in lieu of using precast panels that are cast off site, trucked to site, and lifted into place via crane.
