Project News: IMC Breaks Ground on Upscale Senior Living Community in Marlton, NJ!

Arbor Terrace Marlton, designed by architectural firm Meyer Design is an 80,000-SF, three-story assisted living community that will include 87 units. The building will feature best in class amenities such as private dining, a theater, living rooms, a bistro, sports bar, a hair salon, lounges, and outdoor garden areas featuring a pond.

A groundbreaking ceremony was held Wednesday, April 21st at the Arbor Terrace Marlton project site to celebrate the development of the new senior living community.
