Project Update: Crown 95 Logistics Completes Precast Wall Panel Erection

Crown 95 Logistics Center, a 381,200 SF warehouse in Philadelphia, is steaming ahead. Precast wall panel erection is 100% complete, and TPO roofing is halfway down. This modern Class A distribution center, located at 956 E. Erie Avenue is strategically positioned to serve both the Philadelphia metropolitan area and the Eastern I-95 Corridor. Crown 95 Logistics Center is projected to be completed by Q4 of 2022 and will offer an abundance of jobs to the area.
