Project Update: Metal Framing Underway on Good Shepherd’s New Rehabilitation Hospital
Metal framing is underway on Good Shepherd’s state-of-the-art, 124,000 SF rehabilitation hospital in Upper Saucon, PA. As the building envelope is being prepared for its finished look of concrete and metal panels; studs, drywall, and MEP rough-in are being installed on multiple floors inside the building. The new, four-story hospital is projected to open in early 2023.
The Good Shepherd Rehabilitation project team includes construction manager IMC Construction; owner Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network; owner’s representative Pure Project Management, LLC; developer KPS Development Partners, LLC; architect FCA; structural engineer DCI+MacIntosh Engineers; civil engineer Pennoni; and MEP engineer Highland Associates.
