This project represents a strategic transformation of the building to support advanced laboratory operations while enhancing the overall tenant experience. IMC Construction is upgrading critical infrastructure systems, including air handling, cooling, and exhaust, to meet the demands of modern lab environments.

The scope also includes refreshed finishes and design upgrades across the main lobby, common corridors on the 8th through 10th floors, renovated bathrooms on the 9th and 10th floors, and select areas of the 8th floor. The result will be a thoughtfully balanced facility, increasing laboratory space to 65% while maintaining 35% dedicated office space.
