Chestnut Run Innovation and Science Park- CRISP
Part of the overall redevelopment of the Chestnut Run Innovation and Science Park (CRISP), the previous global headquarters of DuPont, this project includes the core and shell renovation of Building 713 along with tenant improvements. The building will be a consolidation of the tenants existing facilities to one central location. The building will house 21 different user groups, and a dedicated pilot plant.
Overall, the building will be 80% for lab use and 20% will be devoted to office space. IMC is responsible for the direct purchase of 14 RTUs, a new primary service transformer, 4000A switchgear, and process air cooled chillers valued at over $10 million. The laboratory portion of the building houses systems including reverse osmosis, de-Ionized water, waste neutralization, compressed air, steam generators, laboratory gas distribution, and other tenant specific equipment.
