This new development includes a total of be 400 apartments spanning two buildings. The first includes 267 apartments in a conventional market rate building that is four stories of wood over a podium, wrapping a precast garage (the garage will be supported by micropiles), 133 apartments are in an active adult building that is five stories of wood over a garage podium. Both buildings will have full amenities indoors and out including lounges, gyms, a golf simulator, and pools. Before construction of the buildings begins, 70,000 CY of rock will be blasted and 140,000 CY of rock and earth will be moved from one side of the site to the other to create the building pads
