This new development includes a total of 400 apartments spanning two buildings. The first includes 267 apartments in a conventional market-rate building that is four stories of wood over a podium, wrapping a precast garage (the garage will be supported by micropiles). The second includes 133 apartments in an active adult building that is five stories of wood over a garage podium.

Both buildings will feature extensive indoor and outdoor amenities, including resident lounges, fitness centers, a golf simulator, and swimming pools. Before construction begins, approximately 70,000 cubic yards of rock will be blasted and 140,000 cubic yards of rock and earth will be relocated across the site to create the necessary building pads.
